Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Elora Solutions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Elora Funding (“Elora,” “we,” “us” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information about visitors to elorafunding.com and any related pages (the “Site”).
Our mailing address is 8221 Crespi Blvd, Miami Beach, FL 33141. Our registered agent for service of process is Northwest Registered Agent LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801.
Elora Funding is a marketing and referral service. We connect prospective borrowers with third-party lenders, brokers and capital providers (each a “Marketing Partner”) that make or arrange business-purpose real estate financing. We are not a lender, do not make credit decisions and do not fund loans.
What we collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Contact and identity information you submit in the loan-request form: full name, phone number, email address and the type of financing you are requesting.
- Deal information you volunteer: property type, loan amount, market, timing and any other details you include in a message or over the phone.
- Consent record data we automatically capture when you submit the form: date and time (UTC), the URL you submitted from, the full verbatim text of the disclosure you agreed to, the version identifier of that disclosure, your IP address and browser user-agent string.
- Marketing attribution data passed in the URL or referrer:
gclid, wbraid, gbraid, UTM parameters, keyword, match type, device, ad campaign identifiers and referring page. - Analytics and device data collected automatically by our analytics vendors: pages viewed, session duration, clicks, scroll depth, screen size, device model, operating system, approximate location (city-level derived from IP) and cookie identifiers.
We do not knowingly collect payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, government identifiers or sensitive personal information on the Site. If you provide those directly to a Marketing Partner during an application, that partner — not Elora — is the data controller for that submission.
How we use it
- To review your financing request, contact you about it and match it to Marketing Partners whose programs fit the deal.
- To send you the marketing communications you specifically consented to at the form (phone calls, text messages, emails from Elora and its Marketing Partners about your financing request), including messages sent using automated technology, an autodialer or prerecorded voice.
- To keep a durable record of your consent, for our compliance obligations under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, state mini-TCPA statutes and other applicable law.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including reporting conversions to Google Ads, Meta and other ad platforms through server-side or client-side conversion APIs.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site, prevent fraud and abuse and respond to legal process.
- To comply with law, respond to lawful requests from regulators and law enforcement and enforce our Terms of Use.
Marketing Partners
When you submit the form and check the consent box, your information is shared with the Marketing Partners identified on our Marketing Partners page. That page is updated as partners are added or removed. Because the Marketing Partners list may change over time, you should review it before submitting the form if the identity of the recipients matters to your consent decision.
If you do not want your information shared with a specific Marketing Partner listed there, do not submit the form. If your information has already been shared and you want it deleted from a specific partner’s systems, you will need to contact that partner directly — their contact information is on the Marketing Partners page — because we do not control their records.
Calls, texts & email
When you check the consent box on the loan-request form, you expressly agree to be contacted by Elora Funding and by the Marketing Partners listed on the Marketing Partners page at the phone number and email address you provided, about your financing request, using any of the following methods:
- live phone calls
- calls placed by an automatic telephone dialing system (an autodialer) or by prerecorded or artificial voice message
- SMS and MMS text messages, including messages sent using automated technology
Your consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving any service. You can request the same information by calling us at (978) 490-6393 or emailing info@elorafunding.com without agreeing to be contacted through automated means.
Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Elora does not currently operate a subscription SMS program — texts you receive are one-to-one messages related to your specific financing request.
How to opt out or revoke consent:
- Texts: reply STOP to any text from us to stop further texts from that sender. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not automatically opt you out of calls or email.
- Calls: tell the caller you want to stop receiving calls, or email info@elorafunding.com with the subject line “Stop calling.”
- Email: click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or email info@elorafunding.com with the subject line “Unsubscribe.”
- All contact from Elora: email info@elorafunding.com with the subject line “Revoke consent” and we will process your request within 10 business days.
Revoking consent with Elora does not automatically revoke consent with a Marketing Partner that already received your information. You will need to contact that partner separately, using the contact information on the Marketing Partners page, to revoke consent with them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy law to:
- know what personal information we collect about you and how we use it
- access a copy of your personal information
- correct inaccurate personal information
- delete your personal information
- opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
- opt out of targeted advertising and profiling
- appeal a denial of a rights request
To exercise these rights, email info@elorafunding.com with the subject line “Privacy request” and describe what you are asking for. We will verify your identity by matching the information in your request against records we already hold. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (generally 45 days).
You can also designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf by providing signed written permission and enough information for us to verify both your identity and the agent’s authority.
California, Colorado, Virginia & other state rights
Notice at collection (California residents). We collect the categories of personal information listed under “What we collect” above. We collect that information for the business purposes listed under “How we use it.” We retain each category for as long as needed to fulfill those purposes and to meet our legal obligations, generally not more than seven years after your last interaction with us.
Sharing that qualifies as “sale” or “sharing” under state privacy law. When we send your information to a Marketing Partner for that partner to market its own financing programs to you, that transfer can qualify as a “sale” or “sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising” under the California Consumer Privacy Act, the Colorado Privacy Act, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act and similar state laws, because the partner receives value in the form of a new lead. You have the right to opt out of that transfer.
To opt out, visit Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. Opting out means we will not share your information with Marketing Partners going forward. Because the opt-out is prospective, it does not retrieve information already shared with a partner — you will need to contact each partner directly to have your information removed from their records.
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out request for the browser and device on which it is sent, to the extent required by applicable law.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers we know are under 16 years old.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, use the dedicated page: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
Security & retention
We use commercially reasonable administrative, physical and technical safeguards to protect personal information, including TLS in transit and access controls at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain personal information for as long as we need it for the business purposes described above, and then for the period required by law. TCPA consent records are retained for at least five years after the consent is revoked or the lead is closed, to defend against future claims. If a longer retention period is required by law, that longer period applies.
Children
The Site is intended for real estate investors and business owners. It is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided information to us, email info@elorafunding.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The version identifier and effective date at the top of the page will change when we do. Material changes will be posted here at least 10 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
