Who receives your information

When you submit our loan-request form and check the consent box, your information may be shared with one or more of the third-party lenders, brokers or capital providers listed below (each a “Marketing Partner”) so they can quote your deal.

This page is the definitive source for who is on the list at any given time. It is updated as partners are added or removed — the version identifier and last-updated date at the top of the page change with each update.

Current Marketing Partners

The following third-party lenders are the Marketing Partners Elora Funding may share your loan-request information with when you submit the form and check the optional consent box. Each partner is an independent company that makes its own credit decisions, sets its own rates and fees, and is responsible for its own privacy practices. None of the partners below is owned by, or under common ownership with, Elora Solutions LLC.

How to withhold consent. Consent to share your information with the Marketing Partners above is optional and is granted only when you tick the consent box on our loan-request form. If you do not check that box, Elora will not transfer your information to any of these partners — we will only use it to contact you ourselves about your financing request.

Removing your information from a partner

Once your information is transferred to a Marketing Partner, that partner controls its own records. To have your information deleted, corrected or unsubscribed at a specific partner, contact that partner using the information listed under their entry. You can also submit a general opt-out at Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information — that request is prospective and stops future sharing.
