Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

What this page does

When you submit our loan-request form and check the consent box, we share your information with the third-party lenders and brokers listed on our Marketing Partners page so they can quote your deal. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Colorado Privacy Act, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act and similar state laws, that transfer can qualify as a “sale” of, or “sharing” of, your personal information — because the recipient gets value in the form of a new lead.

You can opt out of that transfer for future submissions using the form below.

What opting out does — and doesn’t do

• Prospective only. Opting out stops future sharing. It does not retrieve information already shared with a Marketing Partner. To have that information deleted from a specific partner’s records, contact that partner directly — contact information is on the Marketing Partners page.
• Does not stop Elora from contacting you. Elora may still contact you about your inquiry under the consent you gave on the form. To stop that contact, follow the “How to opt out or revoke consent” instructions in our Privacy Policy.
• Does not stop analytics cookies. To limit analytics and advertising cookies, use your browser’s controls or send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. We honor GPC signals as valid opt-out requests for the browser and device on which they are sent, to the extent required by applicable law.

Submit your request

Email info@elorafunding.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” and include:

• Your full name.
• The phone number and email address you used on the form (so we can verify your identity by matching the request to information we already hold).
• The state you reside in.
• A statement that you are opting out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

We will process your request within the timeframes required by applicable law (generally 15 business days for opt-out requests). You do not need to create an account.

Authorized agents. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide signed written permission from you and enough information for us to verify both your identity and the agent’s authority.
